When writing, tell us the device model, iOS version, app version, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Please do not include a child's name or other personal information.

Flying and fighting

Use the on-screen joystick to fly, or choose Drag Sky in Settings. Hold JUICE for a continuous stream and tap SEEDS to drop a burst below the pumpkin. Flight School can be replayed from Settings. Gentle Mode adds hearts, and Reduced Motion is available.

Progress and rewards

Complete missions to reveal comic pages. Stars and coins unlock earned upgrades and cosmetic flight trails. Sticker Book goals are optional. Progress is stored on the device rather than in an online account, so reinstalling the app or clearing its data can remove it.

Sound or performance trouble

Check the game's Music and Effects settings and your device volume. If play stops unexpectedly, close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, email us the device and iOS details above; mention the mission and the action that triggered it.

Purchase questions

The planned public release is a one-time App Store purchase with no in-app purchases or ads. Apple handles billing and refund requests through Report a Problem.
