Pumpkin Sooper is an iPhone and iPad game for families. Its planned public App Store release is a one-time purchase. The game has no ads, accounts, in-app purchases, or third-party analytics.
Game progress stays on your device
The game saves mission progress, earned coins and stars, unlocked cosmetics, and settings in local app storage on the device. We do not receive or sync this game progress. Removing the app or clearing its storage may erase that progress.
Information the game does not request
The game does not ask for a child's name, email address, account, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos. It does not include advertising or a tracking SDK, and it does not send gameplay data to our servers. Game art and music are bundled with the app.
App Store purchase and diagnostics
Apple processes the one-time App Store purchase. We do not receive payment-card information. Apple may provide developers with aggregate sales or diagnostic reports according to a person's Apple settings and Apple's own privacy practices. Those reports are not linked to a Pumpkin Sooper game profile.
When a parent contacts support
If you email us, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and manage the support conversation. Please do not send a child's name or other personal details. You can ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing the same address; we will handle requests subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
Links for adults
The game credits its music and license. Links to the composer, original tracks, and Creative Commons license are available only through a parent area. Following one of those links leaves the game; the destination has its own privacy practices.
These parent information pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. Our web host may process routine technical request logs when you visit them.
